From the Biographical and historical record of Jay and Blackford County's Indiana (1887, Allen County, Indiana public library) William and Eliza Jane Fulkerson and their three children, Hannah Caroline (age 7), Amos Newton (age 6), and William Lee (age 1), traveled by wagon from Greene County Ohio to Jackson Township near Dunkirk Indiana.  "They settled in wild surroundings on a heavily timbered farm and would here raise the rest of their family."  This move occured around 1846.  Prior to that he lived as a farmer with his family in Greene county Ohio.  His mother in law Sarah lived with him until her death and helped with the house and helped raise his two youngest daughters Clarinda and Mary after Eliza died.  By 1900 he had moved to Rush County where he died at the age of 86. Tunis was born in 1848 and died in 1871 at the age of 23. Not known if he was married or had children

Mary was born in 1862. d: ??? Married Alfins L. Wooster on 16 Dec 1883 in Blackford County Indiana. Unable to find anything on either of them after that.
