Raymond Gerald Fulkerson Born: Dec 23, 1941 in Detroit Michigan. Died: Sept 16, 1977 In Santa Anna California Gail ????

Ray was the youngest of Hurls six children.  12 years younger than the second youngest, Benton.  He met and married Gail and moved out to California near his sister Delcia to start a new life and raise his two girls. Uncle Ray was the life of the party.  He was very well loved and spirited.  No one could ever be in a depressed mood around him.  If they were it would change very quickly.  It was a huge shock to everyone when he developed Leukemia in his 30's. I was in the Air Force When My father called me to tell me.  Dad (Benton) was not an emotional man and he only broke down on a couple of ocassions.  This was one of them.  He could not finish telling me, mom had to take over.  I took leave and flew to California, along with my sister Delcia from Michigan, to visit with them and Aunt Delcia and her family.  I was glad I did.  My middle name was named after him.
