Delcia Corine Fulkerson born August 8, 1928 in Detroit michigan. died July 26, 2005 Hacienda Heights California. William Cochran Ingle born October 10, 1928 in Detroit Michigan. died June 14, 2004 in Hacienda Heights California. Delcia and William were married ??? Both are buried at Rose Hills memorial Park in Whittier, California.
	Bill and Delcia moved west to California early in life and raised their four children.  Bill Jr., Mark, Janet, and Dan.  Bill has four children, Mark has two children, Janet three children and Dan has one child. Once, years ago, I stopped by to visit them in Hacienda Heights.  Aunt Delcia gave me a big hug, uncle Bill shook my hand and pulled a beer out of the fridge.  We were out on their back patio.  He said "You want a beer?"  Naturally I said yes.  He then pulled the beer back and pointed to the fence in the back yard that they were repairing and adding sections to.  He said "you go over there and help Mark clean up the mess and you can have your beer."   I felt like a part of the family.
